Many cities have monstrous, unfinished buildings. For example, Kaunas has hotels "Respublika" and "Britanika". Their construction started in soviet era, but after soviet union collapse it all halted. Now they are staying in city center needlessly, occupying precious space and disrupting city view. Destroy them to clean the city.
